Building Specifications
The flooring of the villas is of natural stone ceramic brand Stonker of Porcelanosa, combined with wooden finishings against the walls. The entrance door to the villa is a security door with several iron pins in the wall and decorated with wooden design. The doors inside the house are all wooden and of a very nice design. The build in wardrobes have drawers and place to hang up the clothes. Doors and windows are made from aluminium and the sunshades are electric in all rooms. There is double glazing climalit type for perfect aisolation of the sounds from the exterior. The kitchen have designer equipment, extractor fan, and a complete first brand furnishing package of all appliences needed for a modern kitchen. The bathrooms have Duravit sanitary in white, taps of the brand Hans Grohe and a jacuzzi bath in the main bathroom. Apart from all this the house has a video entrance phone, TV antena prepared for digital television, telephone sockets in lounge, kitchen, all bedrooms and basement. Domotic system Lartec or similar, alarm system connected to a main security switchboard and a security box in the house itself. The gardens are basic design with automatic irrigation system and lights. The swimmingpool is optional for an extra 18.000 €.
